I have never faced this type of rude behaviour before. The elderly man who wears spects in the counter was so rude to customers. While standing in the queue I was monitoring his rude behaviour for few other customers too. His poor customer service and demanding attitude doesn't suite to his profession. I have seen there are few other people also have given same dissatisfaction on this person's rude behaviour. He doesn't know even how to talk to a pregnant lady. I was truly worried about the unexpected rude behaviour and I think it is better to look on the company's side. If this unprofessional rude behaviour continues, I am pretty sure that it will negatively affect the reputation of your company as well.

I've never been one to post negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience regarding the gentleman with glasses at the counter. Unfortunately, I found him to be quite rude and disrespectful. It's essential for customer service representatives to show politeness and understanding, as everyone faces their own challenges in life. It's disheartening when someone's personal frustrations are taken out on others.

All the staffs in AA Centre Dunedin were phenomenal!. They were very professional in dealing to all the clients..Hands down to all of the wonderful staffs. Big thanks!

Long queue was told to go elsewhere (post shop) to get my registration as there was only one person working and they close in an hour. Poor experience.

Not acceptable. This business has no reason to make things better because who else do we go to for our licence situations? Exactly. We are expected to wait 1 hour+ in line. No seats but standing there for an hour while 20+ of us in que wait for the 2 people working here to tend to everyone. It's a joke and needs to be investigated
