on the 20/07/22 i had to visit the a a centre in oamaru, i renewed my license,registered my car and even joined the a a. the service i recieved was really excellent, it was great to be greeted by 3 happy ladies who made my day a whole lot better thank you

Wouldn't go there for a test again. Failed me for another driver's mistake. Bad attitude and very dismissive. Clearly just trying to meet their quota.

What an amazing team here at AA Oamaru! We had the pleasure of speaking with Kerry during our visit here. She was very efficient and informative in helping us find the right insurance for our campervan. She made sure we had everything we needed right until we walked out the door! Very pleased with the quick efficient service we received from AA in Oamaru. Richard checked our campervan at short notice, corrected the problem and had us back on the road with minimum delay. Very grateful for the excellent South Island friendly service.

Shelley was really attentive, and so did the lady who served me at the counter regarding AA membership. This is a wee little AA center. I have been to AA centers in Auckland and CHC. I was comparing to those. But nevertheless, service was good. No lengthy queues. Probably u would notice AA vehicle inspection center before this AA Center, this is attached to it. Everyone may notice KFC. So, this is just opposite to that but not along the Thames Highway. But to the by way.

These guys are on to it..no hidden agendas as they dont do the mechanics job..very thorough chek and reasonable price. Helpful..i go every year..wouldnt change.

superb customer service from the moment i arrived to get a wof, the cheerful mechanic (Chris) was a pleasure to deal with, super informative and took the time to teach us some things we didn't know for future reference, it was just as good service when we came back for a recheck, i appreciate the effort and time he gave us. Thanks Chris!!!The office staff were just as amazing, all friendly and helpful even turning down the aircon when an elderly customer mentioned it was chilly.thanks to the Oamaru team for making our visit an enjoyable experience
