My instructor was very kind and helpful and he was very nice explainnig the rules to me and let me practice with him first before doing the actual test~Suggested to get your license here, the reception was caring and nice too~The inside looks clean and news very good,

The hardest and worst test center in Auckland! Never seen this unusual restricted test before.

Spoke to a Indian lady over the phone around 11:34AM today to request for a confirmation email regarding restricted booking and she was laughing. Very unprofessional and bad customer service! She didn't even send the confirmation email

Great VTNZ with great service and kind staff. Passed my restricted with Stewart who was a great instructor! Professional yet calm patient and respectful, also had very clear instructions! Highly recommend.

Disappointing Experience with VTNZ Manukau DrivingDear VTNZ Manukau Driving,I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the service provided by Jaspreet during my son's recent driving test for a manual vehicle. It is disheartening to report that Jaspreet failed to provide any constructive feedback on my son's competency to drive a manual, despite his intention to obtain a restricted license for such a vehicle.First and foremost, I believe it is crucial for an examiner to offer valuable insights and guidance to the test taker, especially when they are attempting to acquire a different type of license. In my son's case, the lack of feedback on his manual driving skills is highly concerning and reflects a significant oversight on Jaspreet's part.Moreover, it is evident that the purpose of a driving test is not solely to determine whether a candidate meets the requirements for a particular license, but also to help them improve their driving skills. Jaspreet's failure to provide any feedback undermines the purpose of the test and leaves my son without essential information to enhance his abilities behind the wheel of a manual vehicle.I expected a higher level of professionalism and dedication from your organisation and its examiners. Unfortunately, the experience we had with Jaspreet has left us dissatisfied and frustrated. When I asked Jaspreet if he was aware my son already held a restricted licence (for an automatic)he was unaware, yet viewed his restricted license card, overseeing that he is already a competent driver on our roads. I strongly urge you to address this issue promptly to ensure that future test takers receive the guidance and feedback they deserve.Disappointed dad

Thank you to stewart the testing officer for his support and speaking clearly on the instructions given for the full licence test. I was nervous (in which is normal for a lot of people before the tests) and because of his calm voice also I could do what I needed to do. Great experience when you have achieved your goal. Lived up to the reviews - centre is tidy, quiet and has lovely staff (Anne). Best licensing centre in South and East Auckland in my opinion.

Absolutely grateful for the guidance in regards to getting my licence. From the tutor Dion and the Instructor Amal, everything was done with care and respect. Highly recommend them.

I passed my restricted test today. The staff were friendly and welcoming. My instructor was calm and nice. After the test he gave a thorough feedback. I got a really positive experience here and I'll be back for my full test.

I have done my full driving license test today with Stewart.He is a very professional driving instructor and explain the instructions well before starting my test.He is not picky instructor like any other instructors that I had experienced with from wiri or manukau brands.I am pass my test with full confident.Recommended to do you practical test here and the place is very clean.
