the only place to stop for you to have a clear look on Lake Pukaki, slow down and look at the signboard, it will show you when you need to turn in.

A must stop on the way to Mt Cook. The place has been upgraded. More clear parking area, toilet, tables and chairs. A way leads you walk down to the lake. It looks like that the name has chabged too. Instead of Peter's Lookout, its now Scenic Lookout.

This is where to go for fantastic views of Mount Cook over beautiful Pulaski Lake. A large parking lot holds a bunch of cars, and the paved walk around the edge offers many vantage points for good shots. We were there just before sunset, and the snow-covered seemed to float above the rest of the landscape. Lovely!

What a great stop to view the beautiful lake and mountain on our way to Mt. Cook. The spot is just along the road. It seemed like the new name is scenic lookout, you get to see the sign on the road. It took us a little more than 30 mins from the lookout to Mt. Cook. Don't forget to take loads of pictures. I'd highly recommend that you visit this. Note: there's a toilet here.

View was great and there is a path down to the lake. To get here is about a 10min drive off the highway. Views from the highway are just as spectacular.
