Please do take care of your customers. When someone visits you, provide them all essential information that could avoid multiple visits. Always, check all the documents and check if other parties have not included any valuable information that is required. Because customers don't know what your job is. Hopefully, you all will get better at customer service in future.

I had a very good experience with this centre today. I arrived just before lunch time today and it was quiet. I was reading brochures and sitting taking my time, the friendly staff were very helpful and asking if I need any assistance. When I was finally ready to renew my license a lot of people showed up on lunch break I'm guessing. Even though they were short staffed, one staff member made her way through the queues to make sure everyone was ready to be seen and assisting everyone. This is the most pleasant experience I've had at a licensing agent. It was service with a genuine smile.

Very poor service, the lady was not at all interested in talking and least bothered for what i was saying. Gave me wrong advice by asking me to go for learners license even though i have a valid overseas license and this despite telling her everything... And then again repeating myself. All the time she was more interested in what her colleagues were chit chatting about and wasn't even looking at me when i was talking.

Worst experience ever, very rude, don't provide enough information, took fees for urgent application and they didn't process it for more than one week, complained and didn't hear back from them, please visit another branch as this one is so bad.

The best place to go for getting an IRD number. It's always better to submit your documents here and you would get the tax number in a week's time.The IRD offices are closed and the phone line takes forever.They just need a passport, address proof, visa and fully functional bank letter to apply for the IRD.The staff over here are quite polite and very helpful. I myself had to go a few times.They also do driving licence which is also great.

All of their staff members are kind and helpful but I was assisted by Ms. Mary-Anne and she was exceptionally good. Very patient with my complicated application and informative while being kind and helpful along the way.

Very poor service. Had to take three days off from work just to get the driver license test and still they have issues with the camera to take a photo (which they had to wait on the phone for hours). First day they simply don’t know how to process a name change issue and spent hours on the phone without any answer but to asking us to come again. And now the camera issue which lead us to take an another leave tomorrow. Very poor service.
