I have used Blooms on Cameron several times and found the online ordering easy and when I have been in store the staff are so friendly and helpful. The flowers are always fresh and last really well and the bouquets always look incredible. I also love their lovely gift range for an extra something special.Highly recommend.

The lady who served me was rude and made me feel like I was inconveniencing her with my order. I get it’s the busy season but there is no need to project that stress onto paying customers. As I walked away I wish I had just canceled my order. Unfortunately will not be going back there. Disappointing.

My wife just had an absolute horrible experience at this place. The man that works there was so rude and unwelcoming! She turned up on Saturday at 5:20pm (the place shuts at 6pm) and was told (in a very unhappy matter) that she needs to be quick and that next time she should come in earlier. That man then didn’t provide her with any kind of sevice whatsoever, she picked up some flowers and asked to get some greens with it, so what this man did is he just grabed a bunch of greens and tied it together with the flowers with a string... Really??? What’s up with this man. If you aren’t keen to provide customer service to the company’s customers (not yours) then don’t work at the place where a dissent customer service is an essential part of the job.I’ve been there once my self and didn’t feel welcomed, so never went there again.To the owner of the business (from an owner of a business that is concentrated on excellent customer service): Please get someone “Who cares” at least a little bit, otherwise the business will not be moving up, and you guys have a lot of potential since your are in the heart of the city.

She needs to update this listing as they close at 5.30pm, she was pretty short and rude when I politely suggested that they update this, I won't be going here in future

Would highly recommend Central City Flowers. I went in earlier this week to find bereavement flowers for a friend. The gentleman that served me was very obliging and asked me what I had in mind. He then created the most beautiful posy, within my price range, while I waited (which only took 10 mins). Was a little speechless when I saw the final product!

Always friendly and helpful. When we're in NZ and in Auckland we stay at the nearby Remuera Motor Lodge and will always get flowers from the shop to take when we visit our friends in and around Auckland.
