The lady who served me was rude and made me feel like I was inconveniencing her with my order. I get it’s the busy season but there is no need to project that stress onto paying customers. As I walked away I wish I had just canceled my order. Unfortunately will not be going back there. Disappointing.

Always friendly and helpful. When we're in NZ and in Auckland we stay at the nearby Remuera Motor Lodge and will always get flowers from the shop to take when we visit our friends in and around Auckland.

Very disappointing. These were not fresh flowers that were delivered. Roses were drooping when I received them. Rest of the flowers were open and clearly not going to last. Would not recommend.

Small shop, right next to the bakery. The florist made up a nice bouquet based on what I wanted and my budget, very nice flowers and great service.
