The Skoda service team were exceptional. We needed to source a specific tyre for our near new Kodiaq after a side impact tyre puncture. Over the Xmas period it seemed impossible to source. The team did everything they could to source a tyre rather than us being on a space saver. A awesome team.

I did a car service in this place, my VW only drive for 2 years and 10000 mile, they charged me 829 dollars for car services. 450 dollars for basic services, 117 dollars for replaced pollen filter, and 110 dollars for refilled with replaced break fluid. I think only 2 years car doesn’t need replace pollen filter and replace break fluid. They just want to change more for do that. I feel so bad.

Friendly team but low quality of parts door handle snapped of while opening the door on a 4 years old vehicle. Repair cost $250 not sure if I would buy a skoda again.

Great service. Would highly recommend if you are looking at buying a car.Traded my car for a fair price and the car I bought was detailed to the max.They found a fault on the car just before I picked it up and they made the arrangements to have it repaired before I even left the dealership.

Just not the level of experience and communication I expected when investing in a new car. Initially made to wait while the salesperson we had communicated with via the website with was dealing with someone else (we had simply emailed asking after a car, and had no relationship with him, anyone could have helped us). At one point left standing on the footpath outside, waiting for 'the' salesperson.I asked after the car we had enquired about (to someone else), and had said in our email we were coming to look at. Oh
