Friendly team but low quality of parts door handle snapped of while opening the door on a 4 years old vehicle. Repair cost $250 not sure if I would buy a skoda again.

We totally enjoyed our experience purchasing our new Skoda Fabia. Ryan Jackson was extremely pleasant and helpful to deal with and kept us informed of options available over a period of months but was never intrusive. Cam is a gem and a delight to deal with. He certainly is a natural at customer servicing - engaging, a great listener, not all puff, ever so patient teaching me all the bells and whistles of new technology which is no mean feat :) Best of all, he made it a fun experience. Skoda Christchurch is lucky to have an excellent employee like Cam.

I recently purchased a Skoda Kamiq from Miles. The salesperson Cam was great to deal with from start to finish with the purchase.Picked me up from the airport on collection day and went over the car thoroughly, explaining everything in detail. Cam was excellent to deal with great customer service. At Miles he introduced me to the staff that I would likely to be involved with in the future and I found all to be pleasant to deal with. I have no hesitation in recommending Miles SKODA.

I was a previous Skoda owner in the UK and wanted to get another when we relocated to NZ, I was able to discuss what I wanted with Cam via email and the whole experience felt seamless from beginning to actually picking up the car. Excellent.

the service for purchasing the car was excellent and I give it a 10/10, however the person dealing with the finances could have done a much better job - I felt she was only interested in doing the transaction, she did her job and got my money but she lacked warmth and the personal touch.
