Bought a savanna 3 shelter from outdoor action earlier in the year so pleased with our service from them and kiwi camping! Now bought a kakapo 10 and we are delighted once again with service from both places!

An absolutely brilliant company and service. An hour after I emailed them over an accidental purchase via Trade Me, I get an email wishing me a Happy New Year's, and that they'll process the refund ASAP, and after less then an hour had the money back in my bank account. Sadly not all companies follow how these guys treat customers, and generally make it more difficult to get your money back. But Kiwi Camping were quick and seemed more than happy to do so.When it comes to the tent itself, it's absolutely brilliant, especially for the price. Our Takahe 15 is an absolute steal, a 15 person family tent, and after we mentioned we needed the tent ASAP, they offered faster delivery or pickup from their warehouse. My family are extremely happy with it, I also have to mention the Wayfarer Air Mattress has to be one of most comfortable and best air beds I've ever used, not to mention how convenient the pump inside it is, definitely will need a few more of them.

Purchased a Savanna 3.5 shelter which broke 3 times which meant we never got to use it. Outdoor action Albany and Kiwi Camping were terrible to deal with and refused to refund us. Would never recomend either Ourdoor Action or Kiwi Camping.

I have a 20 year old Balmoral Tent which has been the mainstay of our family holidays throughout this time - absolutely well made and durable. Time to sell but we no longer had the instructions - made an enquiry and got an instant response and original pitching instructions. Thank you so much this is a good indication of their customer service.

Did not back their product and when it failed after its second outing they wanted nothing to do with it. We go camping about 5 times a year and we will never purchase a kiwi camping product again based on this experience. Shame on you for your terrible customer experience and not backing your own product.
