If i could give them more than 5 Stars I would! I had a previous experience with them that I wasn't happy about, they reached out to me and wanted to rectify the issue. Honestly the level they went to exceeded all my expectations!, I was litterally blown away, I think they went above and beyond what was expected, I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone wanting exceptional customer service! A special special thanks to Roger who made this experience the best.

Extremely disappointed with service of our vw mk5. Would not advice bringing your vechile here. We where charged on 2 previous occasions for rotating or tires our can has camber were r and the wheels have reversable tread both times the wheels where not correctly rotatedWe also took our vechile in for a service and let them know prior to service that our vechile was @100000km and they told us the totally service cost plus cam and fuel pump change would not exceed 1800$ which seemed reasonable. When my partner arrived to drop the vechile off she was informed that no parts had arrived. So she left the vechile for a service (the loaner car provided was excellent) but when she returned to pick up the vechile we had been charged 500$+ dollars for the service and on the itemized bill it said we still had 1800$ to payAt no point was ether my partner or myself called to say that there was going to be more cost involved

Really disappointed with the customer service. We purchased a brand new vehicle from them (our second vehicle purchase from them) and when something went amiss on the car we were told it was our fault (which it absolutely was not) and they wouldn’t cover it under warranty!! They then tried to bribe me by saying if I brought my new car from there (looking at spending over $100k) then they would waive the repair invoice and put it under warranty!!! Why spend a fortune with them buying a new car only to be told you’re a liar and have to pay a large bill for repairs. Won’t ever be buying a car through them again and wouldn’t recommend! Wellington is too close to buy new cars with much better customer appreciation and service.

Ordered new sq7 in March 21. Car arrived in October as expected. Extremely pleased with car and service. Sales executive Craig Purves is a great chap- he made the process really smooth. Very highly recommended as THE top car consultant and also Robertson prestige as the best prestige car company. This is my third new q7. This new sq7 is a privilege to own. It’s a great vehicle.

Pricey but great service. Removed one star as during aranging check and fixing, I had to to confirm twice I want repair and will pay which I did. Don't know why fear about payment!? Keep good work and better communication please!

Outstanding Audi dealership. Highly recommended for servicing and quality. The actual price quoted for my repair ended up being far cheaper when the job ended up being carried out more quickly than expected. How honest is that!

Absolutely fantastic service. Lovely staff and beautifully presented showroom and premises. Right from booking my vehicle in for a repair to when I collected it , I have experienced fantastic service. I was dropped off in to town , had a text reminder when car was ready and the car was vacuumed and cleaned and the price for the job was fair and reasonable . Truly exceptional service from a great team. Thank you.
