Nick was available at relatively short notice, at a time suitable to the vendor and myself. Nick was punctual and performed a thorough detailed home inspection inside and out. He didn't mind us being present towards the end so that we could discuss with him the findings and advice. A very detailed lengthy typed report with photos was emailed within a short time frame of the home inspection. I found Nick very easy to work with. As word of mouth is the best means of advertising I would personally recommend Nick.

CheckHome - Building Inspections
I booked a pre-purchase inspection with check homes and with less then 24 hours they responded. The inspection was carried out by Sam in the Manawatu/ Palmerston North area. This is the second time we used Sam as our inspector, as I felt he was very thorough and professional with his work. Sam was an excellent communicator during and after the inspections, and spoke over areas that showed concerns and those that were cosmetic issues. I highly recommend and would use again! - Very happy customers!!!
