Building inspector

I contacted Colin from Jim's building inspection while buying my first home. I received a prompt response when i requested for a quote and the price was very competitive than other companies. The inspection and report was done in a day's time, the quick turnaround helped us put in an offer before other's could. The quality and content of the report and the time spent explaining things to us gave us the assurance we required. I think i made the best choice to engage with Jim's building inspection and would highly recommend them to my friends and family.

Mike was most professional in his approach.He called me prior to the inspection to discuss any particular concerns that I had and then after the report was completed he spent considerable time discussing his findings.The report was comprehensive whilst zeroing in on key area such as weather tightness etc. The written report also contained a large number of photos to add clarity to his findings.Would definitely use Mike again.

Inspect House provided us with a detailed pre inspection report which assisted us with our property purchase.
