We commissioned HABiT to undertake a building inspection for a house we were looking to purchase in Omokoroa. What we received was first-class service that went beyond our expectations. So much so that we felt compelled to write a review.The attention to detail and thoroughness of the house inspection transfers through to the reporting. The building inspection report was clear, concise, and thoughtfully colour coded to highlight the key findings and recommendations. The photographs for each inspected element were of good quality and size, making it easy to map on the commentary to the house itself.In addition to the condition of the house being assessed and providing recommended remedial steps, the report also provided us with advice and suggestions on how one should carry out routine maintenance for various elements of the house. In this regard, we received more than a comprehensive building inspection report, but we also received the bones of an operation and maintenance manual for the house.
