John is incredibly thorough and knowledgeable and makes the process of buying a house much more comfortable. Not only is he an expert in buildings but has an incredible knowledge of the history of Dunedin land use, and can talk at length about the history of certain sites. We have given away a purchase of a shiny cosmetic villa on the basis of his inspection and look forward to seeking his services again to find the property that is right for us.

I had initially booked another builder to look at the property we were interested in but come the day he was not even responding to my calls. I found house test online and just decided to give it a go depending on the positive reviews.John has been fantastic with the whole process. Highly recommended. He responded on the first go, took care of the rest and had the report done in just a day. He even had a look at the LIM report just to let us know that everything was done with consent.
