Amazing service, would absolutely recommend Betta Inspect It to anyone needing a pre-purchase inspection! Great communication from the team at Betta Group and customer service team were always super helpful! Rikki did our building inspection, he did an awesome job and was available afterwards for any questions we had. Building report was very thorough and easy to read. Overall great service and definitely worth the money, would use again :)

Excellent, professional check and report. Well worth the price to get someone in who knows what to look for. I was invited to follow up with a phone call to discuss any items in the report and I did so - the building inspector was patient and friendly. In the past I have had local builders do property checks and I just wouldn't recommend this - getting a certified building inspector was so much more watertight.

Larry Greene carried out the Betta Inspect It pre-purchase home inspection for me on a couple different houses. I found the quality of his inspections and advice to be of the highest level due to his vast experience in the building industry. The reports were turned around very quickly, he was friendly and easy to communicate with both on-site and over the phone. Overall, I was very happy and I believe Betta Inspect It is a reliable company and invaluable part of the home purchase process.
