I became homeless due to assault by my live-in landlord Carol gave me care clothing I was just in my pjs and very caring and supportive nudge whereby defeating the odds and finding a home for me and my best friend (my cat) I wiped away the tears and rose to the challenge by the afternoon of second day I had two properties to choose from Thank you carol you believed in me and went above and beyond in your genuine care for us Arohauni Carol

Absolutely no respect for the people who reside in the area!!!!! Disgusting. Allow people to litter, constantly barking dogs. Pull your head’s in and have respect for people who help fund what you do!!!!!!!!

Lee was beyond amazing. The service provided could not have been any better or more helpful friendly supportive and gentle. I arrived in a flood of tears with a backpack and feeling very lost after a horrific ending to a abusive relationship. I had the total pleasure of spending 2 night's whilst taking a bath and planning a exit strategy and was supported all the way and even had my washing done. Am so very greatful for the help when I needed it the most

Avoid them as employers they use and literally abuse you then let you go no apology at all

Dude to the price of food at the moment, I can’t afford the essentials. So my husband offered to go to a food bank, however it’s embarrassing how much he came home with. No milk, bread and hardly any meat. Two large bags of fruit (that are all ready to go) one bag of sweets and cereal. Only two cans. It’s quite disappointing. Unfortunately I’m not a magician with food, I don’t know what I’ll be cooking with all of this.
