The team are absolutely fantastic! They are so patient with the process and help you out with the custom design. The final product is better than the website and I was pleasantly surprised. Great service from the team. Needed some laser engraving completed for a job. The team was able to draw up the required work and get it done within a couple of days. Very helpful and great quality of work.

Never open? Walked past this place many times over the last few months and noticed its always empty - zero staff. Went in to get a key cut today and, you guessed it, nobody was around. Called the 'general enquiries' number listed on the desk which just rang out, waited 15 minutes and tried again - same result. Please update your opening hours on Google if you're only open at specific times.

I am so impressed with the outstanding service provided by the team at TrophyCentre. I wanted a special gift to give to a friend celebrating a big occasion and thought that an engraved glass would be perfect. Because I was unable to visit the shop I placed my order by phone and asked if the gift could be couriered. Not only were they super helpful and friendly to deal with but they sent a photo of the finished product which was perfect and presented beautifully in a box ready for them to send off for me.
