to be honest I hated Dentist but going to supreme Dentist was one of the best experiance the care for there patients I had not just 1 tooth removed but 5 and the care I got of the supreme Dentist was amazing and going for my 2nd appointment the lady at at reception was amazing they were running behind time and she kept on apologizing to me and the nurse and doc Neeta was so apologizing I was happy to wait I recommend supreme Dentist to anyone they are a amazing team. there is nothing bad I can say about the team they a perfect and friendly

I reluctantly visited the dentist a few weeks. I no longer live in Wgtn but made a special trip to see Theo. He is gentle, non-judgmental and personable. Most of my family are also his clients and we all agree that he is the best dentist we have ever had!!

From the minute you walk in the door you receive a warm welcome and even a drink.when taken into the room They preceded in explaining everything to you (procedures,cost,etc ) service was outstanding …tooth extraction of my wisdom tooth came out with no complications.. highly recommend and will definitely be returning

Worst customer service, my elderly mother in-law had a 4pm appointment to which we arrived at 4pm. We sat and waited in the waiting room for 30mins before anyone came out and when someone did I asked how long it’ll be because my mother in-laws appointment was at 4pm, the woman replied “sorry 5 more minutes”Another 20mins went by and a different woman came out to say “2 more minutes”We sat in the waiting room for an hour & a half and didn’t get seen to until 5.20pm.No explanation nothing. Could’ve at least had the decency to explain to us that there’s over an hours wait and if we’d like to rebook instead of blatantly LYING and saying “sorry 5mins, sorry 2mins”. Absolutely shocking to let us wait for that long, we left the dentist in pitch black darkness and it was past 6pm before we were out the door. If I had it my way I would never return but they have already started the work on my mother in-laws dentures and she feels obligated to return. Very unprofessional, felt as if they tried to keep the appointment going because if we had left it would’ve been money out of their pockets and a loss of a paying customer. If the tables were turned and we had shown up to an appointment an hour and a half late we would be turned away in a heartbeat.

I went into my appointment feeling low, and left with a smile and a fixed root canal! How many people can say that!Everything about this experience was positive, from the friendly reception, to the warmth and openness of Dr. Aziz and his assistant. He was kind, entertaining, professional and efficient. I had to leave earlier than usual to take my mother to another appointment, and he made sure everything was done in time while still doing an excellent and thorough job. Can’t recommend him enough.

I got my Invisalign treatment done by dr Ruchika and couldn't be more happier. Each case is different and my treatment took over 2 years. For the whole time, dr Ruchika and Smilesville Dental team kept a high level of care, professionalism, knowledge and most importantly, patience. Thanks to Smilesville Dental I can grin from ear to ear :)

Quality solutions unattainable from my standard dentist

I was looking for an endodontist around my area as I was in a tricky situation with a back molar tooth which needed saving. Earlier this year I happened to stumble across Waikato Endodontists, whom were more than happy to see me for this problem despite not having a formal referral from my initial dentist. I was able to book a relatively fast appointment in which I saw Dr Assil and her team. Dr Assil clearly explained the entire treatment and gave me plenty of opportunities to ask questions/and address any concerns I had. I had my RCT done over 3 appointments, and throughout all 3 Dr Assil and her team maintained a very high standard of professionalism and care. Overall, I have had a wonderful experience at Waikato Endodontist (at River Road Dental) and would highly recommend anyone who ever finds themself in a similar situation or needs an endodontist!

Had a great general experience with Dr Theo Kay. He's very calm and gentle. I'm giving 4 stars just because we could have waited another 10-15min for the anaesthetic to better do its wonder, before the extraction.

Always excellent. Very professional. Receptionist is competent and friendly. Dr Vithal is very talented and he and his assistant are skilled at ensuring your experience is the best possible. I highly recommend for orthodontic treatment.
