We recently utilized Audio Avenue for our corporate event, and despite it being a last-minute request, they delivered exceptional service. Although our company is based in Tauranga, we had our event in Wellington, and Carl from Audio Avenue provided invaluable suggestions to ensure our event was covered seamlessly. A special thanks goes to Greg, who not only delivered but also set up everything on the day of the event. His assistance was greatly appreciated, although there could have been some improvement in communication. Nevertheless, we are extremely satisfied overall with the service provided by Audio Avenue.

Very bad on communication skills, overpriced electronics, doesn't meet delivery times. Will charge if cancelled even if they don't meet delivery times. They clearly stated in contract Will be delivered after 10 payment etc". Wouldn't recommend to anyone in the community. If you have the same problems ? Please contact me."

Just used Audio Ave for the first time for a small-to-medium event of 400 people. Karl and his team provided a sound rig that was more than sufficient for the day. It sounded incredible and pricing matched what we'd used in previous years. Friendly, reliable guys, would recommend and will be using again in the future.

Terrible service.You call them to ask a simple question about a rental and they don't give you any. They want all your details in order to reply to you hahaha. No way mate.

very poor service with poor communication and after 7+ months with my equipment they still haven't fixed the problem then proceed ed to get me to find parts for them as their suppler didn't have the necessary parts needed that I found in no less than 10 days.... in the end they were taking up jobs that they cannot full-fill.

This company is a scam, no contact, I have been trying to get in touch with them for at least four months. AVOID THIS BUSINESS

Undoubtedly, they deserve a highest rating, their crew and technicians are so skilled. I enjoyed a lot. Kudos to VIVID and the whole staff. I will book VIVID services for my next event for sure.
