Terrible service.You call them to ask a simple question about a rental and they don't give you any. They want all your details in order to reply to you hahaha. No way mate.

This company is a scam, no contact, I have been trying to get in touch with them for at least four months. AVOID THIS BUSINESS

The company was rude when questioned about being a scam or not.... I'll take it as it's a scam company... Accountant firm is involved I would steer clear of both the greenlane accountant and this rent company

NOT WORTH ANY STARS>>>BAD COMPANY.....THEY ARE RIP OFFS They didnt deliver the couch i wanted they more like what it looks like made it then delivered it without letting me know and delivered it home while i wasnt home an left it with my 14 year old who had no id, i have tryed to make contact with this company for 4 weeks and NO ONE WANTS TO CONTACT ME .. BAD SERVICE, the 0800 is useless as well they just leave messages for this company.

Tried ringing them so many times and always get told someone will call me back and no one does poor customer service

My couch has been well looked after yet after not even two years it's falling apart at the seems you end up paying five times more then what the items are worth it's sad how these companies take advantage of people.with bad credit. I think I'll pay nearly 15 grand if not more for a bed set and a couch . Think before you buy

Not even worth a star to be very honestAuckland based customer service so poor. They are so quick to come door knocking to sell their products but they can't even follow up with customers regarding their items. We were expecting our stuff for the 12th of November yet its been a week and nothing.We phone them up 30 times and they blocked our numbers, we emailed them with the email on the website it doesn't even work. However we tried the 0800 number and all we got was we will Try and contact the delivery team. By the way that was 4 times. No follow ups at allAll we want is the stuff we are paying for or have our money back. Unprofessional and last time I will ever trust a sales person in to our house.THEY ARE NOT WORTH THE TIME, MONEY AND Energy people.
