Mike was most professional in his approach.He called me prior to the inspection to discuss any particular concerns that I had and then after the report was completed he spent considerable time discussing his findings.The report was comprehensive whilst zeroing in on key area such as weather tightness etc. The written report also contained a large number of photos to add clarity to his findings.Would definitely use Mike again.

I would definitely recommend Mike his attention to detail and comprehensive report with lots of supporting photos really makes it easy to understand what it is your looking at. I would have no qualms in recommending him to other potential purchasers or home owners wanting a building report. Both Mike and his team are wonderful and easy to communicate with. 5 Stars!

The inspector Mike came to the property on time and completed the job very efficiently. The report was extremely detailed & loads of images to show any areas of concern. The Inspectors (Mike and Ali) were fantastic to deal with when we were looking to purchase a house. I have had the need to use Mike Davidson of The Inspectors twice over the past few months, as I searched for, and finally purchased a new house.
