Jeff performed a building inspection for us in November 2022. We were extremely happy with the report. NZ House Check was the 3rd building inspection company we used during our search for a house. Jeff's report was the first that felt reassuringly thorough. He was also the first to properly assess and comment on all the specific concerns we raised before the inspection. Also after the inspection Jeff was extremely responsive and helpful when we wanted to discuss specific aspects of the report. Overall an outstanding service and significantly superior to the previous 2 building inspections we had with other companies. Highly recommend!

Sorry for the late review. I got the service for my new townhouse in Kumeu area. It has many issues so I asked him for a detailed report for raising issues to the builder. He checked everything very carefully and I received a brilliant report. I highly recommend them and I will use NZ house check again!

I really can't speak highly enough of NZ House Check; they were friendly and easy to deal with on the phone, arrived on time (well - early actually) at very short notice, did a very thorough inspection taking time to explain some peculiarities of the property in layman's terms and then supplied a comprehensive written report which was invaluable in my final negotiation with the vendor. I would give them 6 stars if I could!

Definitely worth the money. Kind, Professional, Responsive and on time as well. Susan was very helpful and was able to book my inspection on such a short notice. Jeff's inspection report was detailed and easy to understand. He went out of his way to help me understand what was wrong with it and he even helped me with checking the flood zone.
