HiI would love to share my experience at the botany store. When we entered the store on a weekend , it was just us and there was one more customer. The store guy was busy catering to the other customer and my husband was not happy that we were not looked after. He insisted to leave the store. I explained to my husband, let’s wait for him to finish catering to the customer who came before us.The store guy( sorry I don’t remember the name but an Asian nice guy) then came to us once he was finished with the previous customer.And HE changed my husband’s mind instantly. He showed us heaps of options on pendant lights and also gave suggestions based on our likings. We were very happy with the customer service and the reasonable pricing. We ended up buying an antique chandelier which I love it. Thank you for helping us choose as we were so confused by the huge range of options.Today I spoke to Brad over the phone to check if I can exchange the lights I purchased along with the chandelier and he was amazing. Very helpful
