Great when I had the whole house re-carpeted but no-one bothered to follow up on my request to have a small job done. I had to follow up myself and after 3 months will move on to getting someone else to do the job. A courtesy call would go a long way - even to book it in.

Unfortunately one of the worst customer service experiences i've ever received. Communication lacked, when I did get communication it was extremely rude. Wish I had done some research prior as it seems to be a regular occurrence. Will never deal with this business again & I suggest finding someone else local to support.

Awesome service and great finish! Thanks to Jamie and the team for getting our job done when they said they would. Shane did a great job with the laying, and they cleaned up after themselves as they went along. They were still there at 6.00pm on a Friday night to make sure they got it all done, and with no grumbles. We can only but highly recommend Flooring Xtra Rangiora!

We made a significant carpeting purchase from Flooring Xtra in May for the refit of our country house hotel bar. We were delighted with the professional service from the pre-purchase advice from the Manager (David Willets Hall) the competitive quotation through to the finished on the floor product. In particular the quality of the fitting by his team was second to none: as commented by a carpet fitting professional of 40 years who stayed with us recently. In short I would have no hesitation in recommending Flooring Xtra Rangiora and we would certainly use their services again going forward for our commercial or domestic flooring needs.

Clearly this place is so busy as they do not feel the need to return any of the calls and messages my husband has left on getting some work done. Its hard to support local with this kind of service. Its not the first time we have had a bad run with this place.

Was impressed by customer service and timeliness in measuring for a quote and providing such. Good product knowledge and was also impressed that the saleperson did not try to upsell and offered the most cost effective solution for what we required.
