Pet funeral service

My mother and myself couldn't recommend give me wings enough, Robb was so lovely, calming and compassionate, and I thank them for their services. They went above and beyond to make this unfortunate situation as smooth sailing as possible. So thankyou very much we appreciate it

I have entrusted Forever Loved Pet Cremations with the care and cremation of 2 of my beloved fur babies and am truly grateful to Athena for her empathy and understanding during these extremely difficult times. To be honest, this service doesn't even deserve 1 star. The only positive I have is that I got my pup back after a right old rigmarole.I placed an order via email, had no response, sent it again, no response so I then called Allan and we confirmed over the phone. A couple weeks pass and I go to collect my order. I was in Dunedin (I live in Central Otago) to pick her up the Friday she was apparently ready, but due to heaven sent screwing up our order (only providing pups ashes back in 1 cardboard box, when we emailed and confirmed on the phone she was to be split in two and placed in two rimu urns) I then had to drive out to Green Island to drop her off to Allan, missed an event back home that night due to being mucked around by the confusion at the vets and dropping her off, I then had to come back to Dunedin the following Monday just to pick her up when I should have been able to collect her the first time around. I have now paid all invoices at the vets (actually over paying their invoice by $13.26) and they are hounding me for further money. I have never had such poor service from a business.

Were so grateful for the services that truly treasured offer when we lost Millie suddenly. The care and kindness they showed when dropping her off and picking her ashes up was a comfort knowing how they treat every family pet when using their services, it also gave us time to grieve her loss and do things like wash her blanket in her dog wash, put her photos in frames and pack all her things away before bringing her home again. Thank you.

I'm so grateful for the compassion and kindness of Athena since our much loved dog Gretyl passed away. It was a real comfort to our family knowing that she was looked after by someone with such a genuine and extraordinary love for animals. I can't recommend Forever Loved highly enough.

We lost our family member at Manukau after hours vet in Auckland. Just one thing to be aware of is that truly treasures is in Hastings which we were surprised to hear after Fitz ashes were returned. It took longer to get him back than they initially stated - 3.5 weeks instead of 2 weeks.We were just to upset at the time, and still are now, to ask which crematorium he was going to. I’m just surprised an Auckland vet chooses a crematorium so far away.

We lost our little fur baby,and got in contact with Alan Chalmers,right from the start he was very professional and caring.He bought beautiful urns around for us to pick,and never once did he rush us.He made a very hard time easier for us. Thank you so much.

Judy was our celebrant at our wedding at the beginning of the year. She is an absolutely amazing celebrant. She planned the most perfect ceremony for us and even had tissues for when we needed them. She made our day so special! We would recommend her a million times over.
