Truly treasured were amazing throughout my whole experience with them. My beautiful Narna passed away from a car. As soon as I found out I was on the phone to them and they made me feel at ease especially due to me being at work while I was going through this. They updated me through it all. I only had my Narna for a short 3 years but she made those few years wonderful and im so glad that she was looked after so well and came back home to the family in an amazing way beautifully decorated and specialised for her thank you so much
