When I had to say good bye to my precious Fizz. I rang Paws2Heaven because I wanted to deliver her myself. Shane was so caring andunderstanding, making the our journey much easier than it might have been. We got Fizz home again in her beautiful bespoke urn.I could not recommend Paws2Heaven and Shane highly enough and would not hesitate to use them again.

Very professional and caring service provided. Our precious wee rabbit passed away and when we initially buried her - unfortunately had a change of heart, wanting her to be with us when we move house.Shane was accepting of us exhuming her - and came around promptly. Taking her into his care with delicacy and sincerity. Allowing her to be cremated within her blankets that she loved especially as she got older.She was returned to us with a certificate of individual cremation and a lovingly engraved urn for her to rest in.As we were people initially hesitant about having our animals cremated - this has turned out to be a great service for us. And we feel far more comforted knowing our best friends can be with us whenever and wherever we go. Many thanks again for your assistance.
