A friendly and helpful service. Lovely young lady doing my x-ray put me at ease considering the circumstances. Fee was affordable.

No customer's service just answering machine. X-rays was not sent to us by email as promissed - no one to ralk to.

I have broken my bones many times so have a bit of experience when regards to radiographers and I can say this is the best, most professional and also friendly place I have been to!

Ordered items online and had them posted from Auckland to Hamilton and they came swiftly and promptly with no issues. Will buy from them again.

Update :2 - added 1 star based on the fact that review can only be posted on particular product if purchased online; perhaps there should be provision to review for items bought from store.Update: Have emailed Karl today, with couple of photos.Will start with positive:Karl was very helpful in getting right type of safety shoes and they do have a great variety of tactical equipments.Why 2 star?I posted a review on the shoes I bought as they started getting scruffy within a month and to help other buyers which didn't get published.Also I found out 2 of my colleagues come across the same issue with same shoes if only I would have known earlier wouldn't have made that purchase.Shoes were 5.11 brand composite cap toe shoes (short review ) good for warehouse type environment as the outer layer soon scrubs off and exposing the 2nd layer greenish leather material.

Came into the Rosedale store today. Great customer service and friendly staff. Whole range of variety of products. Bought some pouches, pants, boots and a belt. Very top notch products. Reasonably priced and very pleased with my purchase. Will be coming back here! Highly recommend.

Update: Cheers for the reply, will visit again soon thanks.Unfortunately not the best customer service experience. Went to the store with high expectations for a quick look to fill up my wishlist but staff wasn't too eager to help though he answered all the questions there weren't any follow up or sales tactics involved. The staff wasn't as friendly hence I wouldn't want to go back knowing I wouldn't get good service.

My order had gone missing due to the delivery driver not scanning the tracking number. After some back and forth phone calls between the courier company and tactical solutions, instead of sending me a refund, Sharon and her partner took it upon themselves to deliver me my purchase themselves. Never before have I experienced any other company that would do this. Thank you so much.
