A friendly and helpful service. Lovely young lady doing my x-ray put me at ease considering the circumstances. Fee was affordable.

No customer's service just answering machine. X-rays was not sent to us by email as promissed - no one to ralk to.

I have broken my bones many times so have a bit of experience when regards to radiographers and I can say this is the best, most professional and also friendly place I have been to!

Was a mistake coming here. The staff doesn't know what she's doing. Only one staff works here and the quality of technical skills of the staff is very poor. the xray images taken did not even show the full area of injury of pain...which lead to a misdiagnosis of false negative result. very dangerous situation had I carried on exercising believing the false results of the report that no bones were cracked. Lucky I did due diligence and due to my medical background, checked the xray images myself and noticed the image was incomplete and did not show all the angles of the injured area. Don't be fooled by the free acc covered scan that they offer, you will get charged $25 just to get a copy of the images on a CD disc and you can't even book it in advance, it only gets made when you show up and have to wait 15 minutes for it. I have never been to an imaging place where they charge such a humongous amount just to get a copy of the images. And guess what, they are the only ones who have the images so if you don't pay the $25 then you'll never get to even see your own scan results!!! Which in my situation lead to a false positive result that no one even knew. Don't go here.
