Josh and the team at beHomes are awesome. I have used them for years, and have used other agents before and highly highly recommended them. They have looked after my property so well and if they were in the South Island I would of used them there. I was unable to take the property offered by Josh in the end, but wow did he pull out all the stops to assist me when I started hitting hurdles.First because of omicron getting all of my staff, I was worried I'd miss the viewing. So, he set up a video viewing! I was always responded to quicky through the process, and he kept me in the loop continuously.Was an absolute legend to deal with. Highly recommend Josh from BeHome Tauranga.

BeHome Realty was the second company my husband and I rented with. The rental process was simple as everything is online. We always got a response when we contacted the Property Manager Rebecca. Any issues we had were handled immediately. We no longer rent from them since we purchased a home, but we recommend them for future renters. :-)
