Vic gave me a quote for a small job but he never came to do the job. I texted and called a few times but no response. Not happy. Now I have to look for someone else to do the job.

Awesome Company, Vik & Asif are great, they work and communicate to the highest level of professionalism. Final Touch apply paint and interior protection to many of the cars at our dealership in East Auckland. Each car is protected for life thanks to the workmanship and products applied. Never had a customer complaint, they also go the extra mile and recondition paint or buff the vehicle if required before the work is carried out. Our customers are very happy with the work done and have asked for the same on their second and third cars.

We have just brought a brand new car, no big deal to some, but this is the first ever and we are both so extremely excited to own it.Wind the clock forward 3 months.Coming home to find that the daughters dog has scratched from the drivers door all the way along to the back guard, there are no words to describe how devastated we were. These were not just little polish them out scratches they were deep and we just couldn’t even look at the vehicle. It has a paint protection on it so we had to consult them before even beginning the process to fix it, we thought we were looking at a major paint job costing us mega dollars.After doing some research we found Final Touches web site and began investigating this possibility as a solution.I spoke with the guys from Albany and they put me in touch with Asif in South Auckland.This is were we set about talking with him and although he told us ‘I may not get it to look 100%, but it will be much better than it is now. ‘ What he delivered was a 100% better than we had even expected, and a whole hell of a lot cheaper than what we were thinking.We cannot speak highly enough of Asif and the job he did on our car.The car looks brand new and we are super impressed with the work carried out and Asif is a genuine friendly guy going the extra mile to make sure that the customer is happy, or in our case “over the bloody moon.”Colin & Erika
