I needed the report urgently and Karen managed to send it out to me same day they carried out the inspection. Yet, it is well written and easy to understand. The real value is the prompt replies on my follow-up questions. I feel that I am well-informed before making the decision

These guys were awesome! 3 sets of eyes came to do the inspection, in and out in a couple of hours, just did an extensive report which helped us renegotiate our purchase price, prompt as, affordable and a fully extensive report came with on the same day. Report included the major issues according to the code, recommendations on how to rectify and what work was necessary.Checked with my builder to check over the report and get his idea on some of the costs, he mentioned these guys are pro's at what they do. Would use again on next purchase :)
