Warren from Heartland Property Inspections was a pleasure to work with. He conducted an inspection on my first home and his communication with me as well as my agent throughout the process was prompt, clear, and thorough. He carried out the inspection two days after I inquired with him, and I had a copy of the building report the day after the inspection. He even followed up with me to make sure I was satisfied. Can’t reccomend enough!

Stumbling through the process of building our home was becoming a problem. Warren Whelan took care of that for us .Not only did he answer all of our questions he dealt with the processes of getting the job done.He was there at every turn of our journey and quite frankly could not of done it without him.He went above and beyond.
