Visa and passport office

Coming since three days and find it closed. No response is provided even if you call them or email them multiple times . Never seen attitude of any office like this in my life

Hi there, I'm trying to make an appointment with the Auckland office to do a biometric scan for my mothers Australia visa but not having any luck. The website is rejecting my email address, which I use every day, and phone number is giving me nonsense options. I've sent you a message via Facebook and thought I'll leave a message on here as well. Thank you for any help you can provide.

Extremely hard to book an appointment through their website, and there is no phone to call to solve the issue. It took me at least one hour to solve the problem; the only thing it worked was to use Microsoft Edge Browser. When I entered my details to book the appointment, a message kept popping up saying there was an error (not which error, tho). I realized that the error was that I have two last names and not one; I had to write them with no space in between. I hope this will help another person experiencing the same issue.

TIPS FOR GETTING YOUR VISA: Arrive when it opens because it gets busy. You get given a number and then when your number is called, go to the counter and submit your visa application. Have everything ready, so it goes quickly. The staff are really nice and efficient. There is parking outside, but I parked on the street in a 60min park which was fine, but I would rather have gotten there a little earlier and parked outside so I wasn't stressed about getting a ticket! The process took about 65 minutes. I arrived at 9.10 and left around 10.15.

I appreciate their quick response to my questions either via email or call. They are so efficient and accommodating. I wonder if the low star ratings got mixed between the two websites of jpn embassy, auckland and wellington.

Showed up 30 mins early for my appointment, was given a number, 15. Have been waiting now for one hour, 30 minutes past my appointment time, and they are just now serving 12. Why do I have an appointment if you’re not going to honor that time and make me wait in a cue… can’t imagine what would have happened if I had only shown up on time and not early.
