Central City Flowers

I always get the most beautiful flowers from here from my partner. I love them.

My wife just had an absolute horrible experience at this place. The man that works there was so rude and unwelcoming! She turned up on Saturday at 5:20pm (the place shuts at 6pm) and was told (in a very unhappy matter) that she needs to be quick and that next time she should come in earlier. That man then didn’t provide her with any kind of sevice whatsoever, she picked up some flowers and asked to get some greens with it, so what this man did is he just grabed a bunch of greens and tied it together with the flowers with a string... Really??? What’s up with this man. If you aren’t keen to provide customer service to the company’s customers (not yours) then don’t work at the place where a dissent customer service is an essential part of the job.I’ve been there once my self and didn’t feel welcomed, so never went there again.To the owner of the business (from an owner of a business that is concentrated on excellent customer service): Please get someone “Who cares” at least a little bit, otherwise the business will not be moving up, and you guys have a lot of potential since your are in the heart of the city.

Would highly recommend Central City Flowers. I went in earlier this week to find bereavement flowers for a friend. The gentleman that served me was very obliging and asked me what I had in mind. He then created the most beautiful posy, within my price range, while I waited (which only took 10 mins). Was a little speechless when I saw the final product!

They provide an amazing service and the flowers are always beautiful.Don't believe the bad reviews, they are based on the previous owner.

Two beautiful arrangements in voxes organised at short notice, and such a good price. Exceeded my expectations and recipients loved them. Wonderful service! I have found my new florist :) see you at your new shop!!!

I came in at 4pm on a Wednesday with a last minute request for wedding flowers, to be ready by 9am the next morning!! After the initial shock, the florist recovered himself and talked about what I wanted, using the supplies he had left. The next morning I came and picked up the most beautiful short notice wedding bouquet anyone has ever had!! Thank you so much!

Fantastic flowers, fantastic service. Easily the best roses in town; wide variety of colors and all perfectly timed to open the moment you get home. They are long lasting, often surviving well for over a week without preservatives.Newly renovated shop with a large and high quality stock. Takes the concept of a mall florist to a whole new level.

Had been there twice, both time had unpleasant experience. Wouldn't want to go there anymore. The man in the shop was very snobbish, makes you feel unwelcome. Some of the bouquets look nice, but not all flowerers are fresh.
