Awesome Place To Stay ... Great Room Service ... Clean and tidy rooms ... Friendly Staff with awesome customer service ... Plenty of parking space ...Great location and close and handy to near by Shops and Mall within walking and driving distance ... For my opinion i give it a 5 Star Rating ... Stayed here for a week for work purposes and never had a problem with anything ... Happy to recomend to people who want to stay here ...

Great beds and with easy to find motel. The king size bed a real bonus and was super comfy and loved the crisp white sheets so we had a great sleep as a result of this. Bedroom was spacious and this was appreciated.

Yes very good and will be my first call when i stay on the shore again. One of the best beds I have stayed in, and a decent sized 42 or so TV not the piddly little 26" you usually get elsewhere

At $215 per night it was very poor value for money. On check in I was told it was normally $185 but they'd increased the price because the dates were popular. The room is tired and dated. Paintwork is chipped. The bathroom is below average. The shampoo and body wash are awful and gooey. There is no fan in the bathroom. There is no filter coffee or plunger if you were to buy your own - just a few boring instant coffee sachets and teabags - one variety only. The microwave is ancient and sits tilted on its little rails. There are no dishes for the microwave. There is not even a salad bowl. There is a pervading smell of somebody's cooking that wafts up into the room. The freezer takes 2 days to freeze an ice pack. Then 2 hotplates are not the cleanest. Here a serviced room means they replace towels and make the bed. They replaced the tiny milks in the fridge and left the fridge door open. What's good? Wi-fi. The bed is comfortable. There is little traffic noise.

As you would expect at the least, room clean, beds/linen clean and comfortable. For the rest as you would expect at the very least - not met; stingy 40 mls of milk, three or four coffee sachets/tea bags, two towels and on and on. For $200 the normal or very least was not met at all. Would not return and would not recommend.

My niece lives here but I felt an awesome, secure and good place this is. Great vibes, clean and just awesome☺️

Clean spacious accommodation with everything you need. Staff very obliging. Clean towels every day and anything else we required.The only complaint would be the outside lighting made it difficult to go to sleep. My Sister slept in the lounge and noted this.

It has a nice street appeal. The rooms are very nice. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen has the basics for self catering. The staff were very accommodating and helpful- carried luggage, got a larger pan, extra towels etc.

The room was in OK condition.. Pillowcases were a bit dirty.. Broken hair dryer on the wall, a note was attached saying this does not work".. Not enough milk

The best and most FREINDLY motel and cleanest I've ever been privaliged to stay in not only that massive ups to Tekaha for helping people like me feel we belong and giving us a chance at living as better people..and actually careing all due to the owner who has obviously got a massive heart and sense of kiwiana..thank you so much .Mike Horrell..ngapuhi iwi..xxxxx
