AA Centre - Orewa

I sent my sons up to the Orewa branch of the AA to sit their driver’s license, they were very friendly and interacted well with my boys. They were very clear at the end about everything they had done well and where improvements were needed, which was great for me as their mum to hear. Highly recommend, we are from the North Shore

The place was extremely busy with a long que but staff were working very hard to help everyone, and we're still able to smile and even have a laugh. My problem was sorted very quickly and it was made surprisingly easy.

Renewed my Driving Licence. Quite a few other people doing the same. Excellent management and friendly and helpful staff. ThanksToday (Thursday 18 August) went in to organise a few things (car insurance) Excellent staff - very helpful.

Patience is a virtue, a wait to get served due to covering AA, registration & driver's licensing. Staff were very good.

The manager here was absolutely awful and the definition of a 'Karen'. I got there just after 4.30, after waiting behind the customer in front of me, a woman came marching over and saw me holding my plates and said in the most sarcastic voice 'Well, we won't be helping you today! I said "Oh okay" to which she replied "No

Extremely friendly and patient staff under very trying circumstances. Only one counter attendant, a symptom of Covid presumably, she couldn’t have been more helpful even though she had a queue of people waiting. The friendly manageress ensured each person waiting was informed of wait times and checked paperwork. Congratulations to them both for keeping a relaxed atmosphere, especially important for people taking their learners tests.

Absolutely terrible customer service and rude receptionists. Wouldn’t even let me ask a simple question before telling me to leave as I didn’t have a mask. Wouldn’t supply a mask, so they were basically saying I had to leave and go and buy a mask when all I wanted to do was ask one simple yes or no question. Very rude and disappointing, won’t be coming back here I’ll be taking the time to travel to another AA where they will be more respectful around people who don’t wear masks, or could have been for a medical reason but they wouldn’t even let me explain. Disappointing when you’re taking time out of your day to travel somewhere to enquire about something.

Best service ever! Had issues with my license and NZTA. Without the Orewa team I would never been able to get my license. They spent ages dealing with NZTA and are the only AA that bothered to help. Very professional
