One of my new favourite restaurants! The food/service/location was seriously incredible. We went for the 4-course feast and were blown away with the flavours and what a great deal it was for $55pp considering there was so much food my friend and I were stuffed (and food coma-ing out at the table) and still had enough for leftovers the next day. Couldn't recommend Brick enough!

We went for a work do and had the place to ourselves. The staff were really good, and the place has a really great atmosphere with an open fire outside. The food tends toward fine foods end of the spectrum, and while not all of it was to my taste, it was mostly really good.

Consistently amazing food, cocktails and service. We appreciate the generous portions and typically opt to sit outside where you get an unhindered view of the mountains in the horizon. Slow-cooked lamb shoulder and whole Tarakihi fish are a must-have, as well as the chips & aioli. Always save room for dessert because this is one of the few restaurants I've eaten at, the world over, where their desserts are not an afterthought but a highlight to a splendid meal. Possibly the best restaurant at the top of the South!

Fantastic service, beautiful food and a lovely atmosphere. This is a very classy establishment that is affordable (not too pricey) and extremely high quality in terms of both food and experience. I’ve attached the oysters and the white chocolate (but we also had the paté, lamb shoulder and venison).

This is one of the most Fantastic places I encountered in Nelson. It has excellent atmosphere and flavour. The service is in particularly nice and I like the young guy as he is very polite and considerate. It is definitely the best choice for a relaxing lunch welcoming Christmas in a beautiful day of Nelson.

Yum, yum, yum! That was one incredible meal comprising of the smoked fish pate, fried chicken, tempura oysters, lamb, carrots, and broccolini. Thank you so much to our lovely waiter too (don’t think he said his name) who was so friendly, polite, and added to our experience. We will return :-)

This place (just celebrated its first year) is as impressive as the reviews suggest. Excellent views of the mountains, estuary, and sunset. Staff are attentive and friendly - special mention to Ollie, our server. Food was also delicious. Possibly the best mussels I've ever had. And, to top it off, very reasonable pricing.

Was a great sophisticated menu, great location, great service.Something Nelson was lacking.Not the restaurants fault however large amount of banging from upstairs,was a let down for atmosphere.
