Gayelene and the team at jetpets made the process of getting our cat from nz to Mackay so stress free, communication was excellent and for her journey I was sent report cards with photos and updates on how she was doing at every step of the way. It was nice to know she was getting lots of cuddles, would recommend jetpets again in a heartbeat

Jetpets flew our dog Joey from Auckland to Invercargill. Their staff were super friendly and treated Joey like she was their pet. Jetpets gave us the chance to take the kennel she flew in a few days before the flight so Joey could get used to it. She seemed happy when we picked her up from the airport.

Overall our experience was successful with getting our cat to Australia, but would have to add that the communication from the agent was poor. Questions were left unanswered, itinerary was never updated (still says unavailable), then a day before she was meant to be flown out we get an urgent email saying the statutory declaration is just out of date (so we had to run around a city we have just landed in to get it all signed and send off). Once she was collected for the flight it was nice to get updates on her wellbeing and how she’s coping. All in all I would probably explore other companies if I was ever had to fly a animal again.

Elle and the team at Jetpets Auckland were fantastic. Our flight was delayed and we were kept updated with an estimated time for pick up. Our pet arrived and the friendly staff let us unload him straight away. 5 stars for awesome customer service and professionalism.

I needed to send my foster cat, Lucy, to her owners, who moved from Wellington to Sydney. Sending an animal overseas is a complex process and JetPets was fantastic in getting everything sorted out for me. Moana, my consultant, provided all of the information I needed to complete the various tasks (like filling out the Owner Statutory Declaration), and the medical treatment form as Lucy needed some medication before her trip. Moana also happily dealt with my slightly panicked phone calls when Lucy experienced a minor medical problem a few weeks before the flight.JetPets was also excellent in providing me with updates once Lucy's journey began.I would have rated JetPets 5 stars but their Customer Portal was a little buggy and never quite worked as it should have. Thankfully it was always very easy to get in touch with the consultant, and Moana provided excellent customer service.Overall a great experience, and JetPets is highly recommended if you need to send your fur baby to a destination within NZ or to another country.

Jetpets take care to guide you through all the paperwork, include arranging a vet check and other legalities, as well as taking special care of your pet. Our dog, Tilly, was the only dog flying on the day she was picked up from her home in New Zealand going to Australia. So they let her out of her crate so she could roam the office. They sent photo updates of her playing, which made me feel so much better. I was able to pick her up in Australia within an hour of her landing. There were no complications and everything went smoothly. Tilly was very happy to see us at the other end. I would recommend Jetpets for their fantastic service and would most certainly use them again. They are reasonably priced, which covers everything including the vet check. Thank you Jetpets for delivering Tilly safely to us with the least amount of stress.
