Very Disappointed bad service. I wanted to pay my bill and there was nobody at counter took so long to come back. She went out of shop. Not responsible at all.

Usually I don't bother posting reviews but then I thought I'd help out anyone else who's like me and usually is a bit naive when it comes to cars. So my car wouldn't start and I ended up going here to get a new battery and to see if the alternator was alright. I bought a new $295 battery here and then they apparently did a test to see if it was working and they said it was faulty and I either needed a new one or further investigation to see what was wrong. They quoted me $684 for a new one (not including labour which is $90 p/hour). Anyway after getting a second opinion at another garage they ran a test and showed me the test and it turns out there if nothing wrong with the alternator currently in the car! I asked him also how much a new alternator would've been and he showed me online they sell for $350 and has no clue why they quoted me so much. If you're a traveller passing through avoid avoid avoid!!

Bring there my van to do the wof. Got a quote for 500 to pass it.I accepted.Turns out that I had to replace the rear suspension so need it to spend 900$ in total.The Mechanich with blue eyes is not friendly at all and was rude with me.Never again here. If you can go somewhere else

My car has been in here for 11 months, after checking in monthly. Buying a new car in the mean time. Getting that new car worked on at same place and then being told I have a bill which is 2 months old that van wont be done or cant be picked up.... Barbara you need to learn how to talk to people and the laws around holding people property!!!!!!

I bought my vehicle in 2009 FG. No engine lights appeared on the dash but there was a strange sound coming from my engine. They quoted me $157.50 just to look into the engine to initiate the problem then quoted me $1752.00 for camshaft removal & new lifters. They also insisted i get a service which was another $317.40 for a full service. This process for them to replace it took almost 2 months and i had paid everything the first week it went in. By the time I had gotten a call to pick up my car, i drove it just down the road and was on my way home then the engine light pops up. I call them and tell them i’m bringing it back in, they investigate it once again then tell me the tensioner needs replacing and that’s what’s causing the engine light. He quotes me another $895 i go into pay this on the day they say i can pick it up because i made the mistake of paying before the process i waited til it was done and yet again this takes a couple weeks before i hear anything, i’m constantly having to contact them and they are careless ! May the office lady is rude and careless, Josh the mechanic who done the job is so careless he was always on lunch breaks or doing other jobs or wasn’t even at work on sick leave when they were supposed to have my car done ages ago or they were forgetting to order in my bits even though i was contacting them day in and day out. Once i picked the car up again i only drove it out by the intersection right by BP and the whole car suits down, the engine light popped on and my starter motor is going off and i’m not even holding the key to start the car up but it’s not fully clicking over. FULLY DO NOT RECOMMEND, now they’re emailing me telling me to come get my car after i’ve paid $3,121.90 they’re telling me if i want to find out the problem as to why it shut down when i picked it up it’s gonna cost more and that my car keys will be left at bp because i have no vehicle to get down there.

Great, honest, helpful, hard working business. Helped us out as much as they could as our van broke down on horrible weather with kids and the van wouldn't go anywhere. Back home safe now, thank you!!!

These guys have been great, both me and my partner get our vehicles worked on by these guys regularly.

They lost my key when I wanted to pick up my car. Left a crowbar under the hood of my car and charged me 400 dollar for changing spark plugs and minor oil leaks + topping up the oil. Which didn't fix the problem at all. Whent there again to say they didn't fix it and they charged me again 35 dollar. Would not recommend going there

Good people. Honest work. And helpful, capable office manager when getting quotes & sorting payment.
