Did the job as requested but it wasn't cheap though..bit disappointed how the wee pups were put into a soft crate with no comfortable bedding and only newspaper for them to tear up, maybe a suggestion to bring a blanket for the bare crate would have definitely been a good idea instead I grabbed an old towel from the car for them, they were not used to newspaper only and there was not a lot of compassion for them as they were quite upset at 10 weeks old and crying..I phoned the driver a couple of times whilst they were traveling and they were clearly squealing and crying. Felt the admin communication lacked the personal touch, all too much about the dashboard and automated responses and everytime I phoned they never answered, we were waiting all Sunday to hear for confirmation for the next day pick up. We couldn't agree on a suitable meeting place for pick up, they wanted to meet at a busy hotel on a main street but we refused. Seems a bit like its business first compassion and feelings second. The driver made the comment to me it was a noisy drive time..so did they cry from 1400 to after 1600? and what did the driver do with them while she stopped off at home for a lunch/toilet break as she told me she did..really?

Highly recommend The Pet Nannies! Jan and Molly are absolutely wonderful and extremely trustworthy. They take time to understand your pets unique needs and really care for them well while you’re away. I always have complete piece of mind when I’m away as they know everything about my cats but more importantly if not they communicate queries, concerns and updates via their secure app. I wish I could give them 10 stars, we just love Jan and Molly and all the love and support they give our wee fur babies. If you live in South Auckland and are looking for an affordable, outstanding house sitting service, as said above I highly recommend!
