I made an enquiry about transporting our new Puppy Gucci" from New Plymouth to Darwin Australia and had a reply from Sarah with a quote and outline of the process within half an hour. We then had Gucci booked on a flight for Monday morning and were updated with constant communication of where he was at each the stage of the journey and the process around collection etc. which made us feel totally at ease . We couldn't have been happier with the whole process and highly recommend Hamilton Pet Transport. I'd totally recommend this pet transport company to anyone who needs to move their furry friend! We needed to get our ragdoll cat Cleo from Hamilton to Christchurch, and Sarah made everything a breeze. She gave us a schedule and all the details we needed to feel at ease about Cleo's trip. When we finally got her back, it was like she hadn't even been on a plane! Sarah was super quick to answer any questions we had, and even sent us some photos and an email to keep us updated on her progress. Thanks for making the whole process stress-free and reuniting us with our fur baby!

We have used Hamilton Pet Transport twice now, once to transport our puppy from Hamilton to her home in Christchurch, and again to transport our new puppy from Auckland to us in hamilton.Organising both trips was easy, stress free and the instructions were so simple. Even more impressive was that both times we were in the middle of lockdown, and they were still able to look after us with the same care and attention. The cost was great, we definitely got amazing value. Our puppies both arrived to their destinations safely, happy and on time. Communication between us and HPT was always prompt. Can’t recommend them enough!!

We just made the move to Melbourne from Hamilton and had to take our 1.4 month old American Bulldog. The whole ordeal was stressing me out as we've never transported a pet internationally before, and the thought of our girl going through something she has never been through before was very daunting. Sarah and Kevin made everything so easy! I met Kevin on 2 occasions, once for a crate fitting, and then to drop our girl off for her flight. Both times, his demeanor was so calm! Our girl is normally very protective and barks at the sight of unknown people coming close to me, but she never made a peep at Kevin. That was all the assurance I needed. Obviously, this sort of travel is nerve wracking and tiresome but we're all settling very well in our new home. Highly recommend this team for your pet transport needs. Exceptional service from Sarah flying our dog from Hamilton to Christchurch. Great communication, quick responses to any queries we had, great updates on the day of the flight, even a couple of photos of our dog in his crate just prior to boarding.
