Aero Pets

We recently sent my son's cat over to Melbourne to join him and had such great service from Tony at Aero Pets Auckland. There's is a lot of admin when you're sending your pet overseas unaccompanied and the vet and made an error with the NZ Government required MPI form when doing the final check. But right from the start I was confident that Tony knows his stuff and it was sorted in time for Scooter to make his scheduled flight the day after. Thanks for making it a hassle free experience for us and getting Scooter to his new home safely !

We had Aero Pets fly our dog from NZ to the UK. Very apprehensive about the process and flying our pet all the way over, but Wendy from the Aero Pets staff was fantastic. The correspondence was amazing, walking us through every step clearly which put our minds at ease. Wendy really went above and beyond to take great care of our dog and made sure she arrived in the UK safe and sound (We even received a photo of our dog before boarding, which really put our minds at ease). Fantastic company and Wendy was a real joy to speak with. Thank you so much for helping with our big move. I would 100% recommend it to everyone in the same situation.

Tony was an absolute pleasure to deal with, he made moving from NZ to Melbourne with my husky a breeze - I was mind blown at how easy and smooth the whole process was. The level of utter capability from years of transporting pets really shows with Aeropets, would 100% use them again and highly recommend.

Our Lowchen Fitzroy was relocated from Auckland to Frankfurt by Aeropets. I was quite an anxious owner and Brenda did an amazing job in particular reassuring me repeatedly. Fitzroy flew from Auckland to Canada and then on to Frankfurt over some 50+ hours. He had comfort stops all the way. He had a couple of weeks to get used to sleeping in the crate which worked well. Brenda did a few nice touches to ensure our dog was comfortable and that all the paperwork and even the lead was included for collection. When we received the crate we received stickers confirming he’d been walked, played with, fed and watered as well as the crate being cleaned and bedding laundered. There were no accidents and importantly, no problems. A happy and healthy pup was welcomed in Frankfurt. Thanks a lot Brenda for ensuring our boy got all that way. We will use your services again in future!

We moved from NZ to Aus and took our Daschund with us. Aeropets made it very easy, provided all the information needed, and even put my partner at ease when dropping our dog off.Even offered to speak with our vet if he had any issues. Our dog arrived safe and sound.Overall we are over the moon with the service, excellent price too, would recommend!

Our beautiful fur baby LUMI was flown from Australia to NZ by Aero Pets with ease and comfort. Being a stress head myself and Lumi being almost 12 I was worried about the travel for her. Aero Pets staff were amazing and assured me she was in good hands and would be well looked after & that she was. We flew our dog from New Zealand to Australia, after extensively researching which company to choose from & after a friends recommendation we choose Aeropets. Tony was amazing and made the whole process smooth and easy. The service felt personalized as we only dealt with Tony the whole time. Aeropets were so helpful answering my hundreds of questions and helping my 2 dogs and cat travel from Perth to Auckland smoothly and without incident. Reasonably priced too. Highly recommended.

We recently moved from NZ to AU, and I honestly can’t recommend Aeropets/Tony enough! I have done quite a bit of research prior to deciding on Aeropets and I am so grateful that I chose them! We had a bit of a bump in the road, our dog was booked in on the same flight than us, but unfortunately couldn’t fly on that day cause he had a bad ear infection. Tony was so supportive throughout the process, and saved us another flight fee by being proactive, helping with all the rearrangements and paperwork required to het our dog on the next available flight. We picked our dog up today and after having to endure a 2hr delayed flight, was happy and healthy nonetheless. Tony has been in contact throughout and I honestly don’t think we would’ve received the support from someone else. Thank you so much Aeropets and Tony for all your wonderful help and support. Can definitely recommend you 100%!
