Staff are an absolute delight here, but shamefully, price gouging is rife.$8 for a cauliflower, over $7 for 500 gms of butter, to name but a few. Rip off.You'd be better off doing an online shop & paying the $14 delivery fee.

Around 2:45pm on Friday 5th of January, I walked in to get a ticket for the car wash service. Keep in my mind that I have previously had my car washed here twice before and in those times I was instructed to tape the aerial down (since my car can’t automatically retract it) which I did with no issues. But for some empty headed reason, according to Andrew’s new “professional”opinion my unchanged car was not approved. He pointed out that it’s because the aerial is too long. I explained that I have been allowed before using tape to hold it down and he condescendingly told me he remembered but that this time he couldn’t allow me. I honestly felt dumbfounded and he rudely told me to leave because there were people waiting behind me. No wonder the reviews are so low here the customer service is lacking so much.

It's a great place for graveyard (10pm to 6am) shift workers for coffee, pies and drinks. Their fuel is very expensive, and I strongly recommend people get the app Gasby to avoid overpriced fuel.

I was off to the left in the car wash. Stationary. The car wash machine trundled towards me, scraped the plastic bumper, retreated and froze. My Mercedes was pristine, but BP wouldn't give me a contact person and they wouldn't let me view the camera footage (proving that I was stationary).

Been with this Bank for a number of years and slowly getting no better service just went into branch at Botany I wanted to close & open account told too book appointment through customer service and that takes ages for them to get back to customer seriously looking at changing banks that's reason for low rating hello this Bank is NZ made Bank
