I’ve updated my review as I received great customer service from Toni once I got through to the Christchurch branch by phone.Maybe please still take note of the below,Used to be a great bank unfortunately now every time you call you can’t get through on the phone both the Christchurch number and 0800 number.Then they moved their branch into the central city so now there’s no free parking and awkward to get to.

Best options for parking are all off Lichfield St. <10 minutes use Parking behind Riverside Market. For longer, use Lichfield St car park. Or The Crossing car park (over Colombo St) currently offers $2 for 2 hours.

Been with TSB for a few years, since that time they’ve closed all their branch locations in Christchurch aside from one and don’t operate on the weekend. Sadly, I’ll take my business to another NZ bank.

I am absolutely happy that I changed banks. The Christchurch staff are personable (actually incredible thanks Holly), the ethos of their Kiwisaver is great where they don't invest in companies that support nuclear weapons, there is a very reasonable charge for the Visa card and unlike other banks no fees for the three accounts I have opted into and their online site is excellent to manage. Finally a bank that is tailored for people and not based on greed. Well done and thank you TSB.
