Mastercard makes an error weeks ago I was unaware of I notice my account funds have been drained in times of need apparently mastercard accidentally deposited money into my account without me knowing TSB takes said money back without notice no email no contact nothing leaving me in the chit, I ring them and customer service rep basically turns the event around to be my own fault.. I should have known apparently its my own fault.. Weak customer service turning a Mastercard problem into the customer being the problem..

Compared to my previous bank TSB is wonderful! I was getting fee's charged for every transaction, $10 pm for having a debit card, acct fees - you name it... they must have made a fortune out of me. Now, the costs are so low they don't even register on my radar. Thanks TSB!

Best bank ever! Their mortgage interest rates are currently the cheapest out of all the major banks, and their lending advisers are super friendly & helpful. And their profits go back to NZ communities rather than Australian coffers. They are truly a bank with a heart ❤
