Excellent customer service, went above & beyond to meet my expectations. Nothing was a problem. I really enjoy my new car, thanks Andy.

Worse service I ever had. Made a booking forw service there, saying if would be okay, to leave the car there, with the keys inside because I do start work before they open and I had done that with them before, the answer was yes. so I did as agreed. Come back at the end of the day to pick up the car. Two of there staff members started laughing and then say sorry we didn't realize the car was here. This was 3 pm, had been there since 6:50 am. Completely unprofessional and unreliable.

I wouldn't recommend going there for several reasons. I asked to purchase a vehicle on finance the guy called Aaron had no intention on selling me a vehicle gave me the run around from the start. Firstly he didn't bother asking for my phone number didn't send the finance application claimed my emails kept bouncing back.When I spoke to him over the phone his attitude came across as condescending. Didn't even bother going through my financial information after a week I get a email claiming I didn't have enough income to purchase. 2 weeks later i went to another car dealer they took the time to go through my finances I've since purchased a BMW. The team at Cars r us Rotorua awesome team highly recommended.

Its always tricky buying a new car but Ted sure made it easy. He sorted out a few queries we had & then off we drove into the sunset in our beautiful near new Jeep.This is a car dealership you can trust. We were very impressed. Thanks Ted, thanks Andrew Simms
