I wouldn't recommend going there for several reasons. I asked to purchase a vehicle on finance the guy called Aaron had no intention on selling me a vehicle gave me the run around from the start. Firstly he didn't bother asking for my phone number didn't send the finance application claimed my emails kept bouncing back.When I spoke to him over the phone his attitude came across as condescending. Didn't even bother going through my financial information after a week I get a email claiming I didn't have enough income to purchase. 2 weeks later i went to another car dealer they took the time to go through my finances I've since purchased a BMW. The team at Cars r us Rotorua awesome team highly recommended.

We came to Mount Autos with a specific vehicle in mind and Kane and Aaron went over and above to find us the perfect one for our needs. The service we received was second to none and we can't find anything to complain about. This is now the third vehicle we have purchased from Mount Autos and will 100% come back when it comes time to purchase another.

I bought a newly imported 1996 Toyota Surf from Mount Auto Court. The owner Aaron was extremely easy to deal with and when I asked for him to send me photos of the underside of the vehicle it was not a problem and he sent them to me that night. Aaron came across as very honest and trustworthy. The vehicle looked even better in person than on the trademe listing and i'm extremely happy with it. I would not hesitate to buy again from Mount Auto Court.

We purchased a vehicle through Mount Auto's about a month ago. Aaron was a true professional, honest and forthcoming and we felt extremely comfortable dealing with him. There was a small issue with the car (nothing mechanical etc - rather a problem we had caused) and Aaron had it fixed the same day, gave us a loan car to use in the meantime and did not charge us a cent. Aaron just wanted us to be happy with our vehicle. That is going above and beyond for your clients when they could have easily charged us a service fee to rectify our issue. I cannot recommend Mount Auto's enough and we will only purchase cars from them in the future. You guys rock and we are so grateful for your excellent service and awesome quality vehicle. For great service, professionalism and impressive overall customer care I really don’t think you can go past Mount Autos. Not knowing much about cars, I had a lot of questions - which Aaron answered clearly and comprehensively. Aaron and his team were just awesome - even down to organising an insurance quote for me (with all the time that can entail these days) and delivering the vehicle to me using two of his employees - so I didn’t have to take anyone back to the dealership. The vehicle runs very smoothly and, though used, was presented well for a 2010 SUV.
