An absolute joke to the country and its people. Basically a 5k govt grant to first home buyers. You can't do anything with that money. They really want us to be homeless or rob a bank. Excellent!

OK first initial meeting last year when all info taken and copied, including KO's position and ours went well. MSD informed reassessment organized and KO informed - then quiet, nothing until today when partner went to check on progress - who are you?,this for tenants only, you have to go to MSD to have info resent - seriously !!!!! This is why office-based an extremely bad name for themselves. Contact with Customer manager made and she had no idea office open what can I say but no wonder KO has a bad name

Can someone explain to me why there is never anyone at reception?! Literally have to wait for ages, despite worker's walking past.I'm assuming there is a kitchen area behind the reception area as you can hear people. Do better honestly, get a bell for a start

Thank you Kainga ora. Whenever I ring to ask anything, they are lovely. I am in awe about how they look after people. Obviously if we are nice to them they will be nice to us! Appreciation.

Was abused and assaulted by a Kainga Ora tenant and their friend/relative to the point where I was admitted to the emergency department with multiple wounds and damaged teeth. The reason for the assault? We didn't return the ball they were continuously throwing at our glass window after returning it multiple times.The tenant often invites invites offenders over and was witnessing the assault in addition to encouraging more violence. No action taken by Kainga Ora saying that they will chat" with the tenant. I guess we've started to simply "chat" with criminals nowadays. No information disclosed to me and as usual the tenant is being protected without any eviction.Great service
